Hi professional servers and managers,

We are two college students looking for industry professionals to help us with our senior project by participating in one of two brief surveys, pertaining to the methods used in-house to better wine sales (i.e. suggestive selling, food and wine pairings, etc.). The results of these surveys will assist us in compiling data which will be used to determine which (if any) techniques are most effective in improving wine sales.
There are two surveys available (which should not take more than 5-10 minutes), one which should be taken by managers in casual to casual-fine dining restaurants, and the other by professional servers in casual to casual-fine dining restaurants.

Perfect Pairing alert for a hot evening. All natural Vanilla ice cream, strawberries from the garden, Trader Joe's organic chocolate sauce and Casa Nuestra Riesling (2008 off-dry $24) Highly recommend!

I received a free Garlicit in my VIP goodie bag at Margie's Hess event; it's a favorite in my fridge now. It's a pretty big jar and only a spoonful works wonders with recipes. Highly recommend it.
